Introduction

These terms govern access to and use of the Site and, where applicable, the process to request professional services (non‑resident tax/administrative services, reports, filings and similar engagements). Please read these Terms and the Privacy Policy before using the Site. If you do not agree, you must not use it.

Use of the Site

• Do not submit fraudulent or unlawful requests.

Personal Data Protection

Processing of data arising from the use of the Site is governed by the Privacy Policy. In forms, before submitting, the user must tick “I have read and accept the Privacy Policy and Legal Notice”.

Service Request Process

1. Request: the user describes the case via the Site’s forms.
2. Quote: DEALONSOS sends a quote and scope of work.
3. Acceptance: the engagement is accepted when the client confirms the quote and conditions in writing (email).
4. Execution: the work is performed according to the accepted scope.

Pricing and Invoicing

Fees are stated in the quote sent to the client, with applicable taxes. Any scope change affecting price will be communicated and must be previously accepted by the client.

Payment Method (no gateways)

No payment gateways or POS/TPV are used on the Site. Payment is requested upon engagement acceptance and is made by bank transfer (or the method indicated by DEALONSOS in the quote). Start or delivery of work may be conditioned on receipt of payment when specified.

Delivery of Work

Work (reports, filings, submissions, etc.) will be delivered electronically (email or enabled platform) within the indicative timeframe agreed with the client, subject to document availability and possible third‑party requirements (e.g., authorities).

Cancellation and Right of Withdrawal

The client may cancel before the material start of the work. If work has already begun, proportional fees for work effectively performed and any incurred expenses will be due. For further information and exercise of the right of withdrawal, see Right of Withdrawal.

Liabilities

• The continuous availability of the Site and the absence of errors or harmful elements are not guaranteed.
• DEALONSOS is not liable for damages arising from interferences, interruptions, malware, failures or unauthorised intrusions beyond its control.
• Access to the Site does not imply a commercial relationship until the engagement is expressly accepted.
