Right of Withdrawal

Legal Term

The consumer/user has the right to withdraw from the engagement within a period of 14 calendar days without need for justification, in accordance with the Consolidated Text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users.

How to Exercise It

1. Communicate your decision to withdraw to us through an unequivocal statement (e.g., email or letter). You may use the withdrawal form we provide, although its use is not mandatory.
2. Send the request within the 14-day period from the acceptance of the engagement.
3. Indicate: identity, contact method, budget/engagement reference, date of acceptance and, if applicable, supporting documentation.

Consequences of Withdrawal

• We will reimburse, if applicable, the amounts paid (if any) without undue delay and, in any case, within 14 calendar days from when we receive your decision to withdraw.
• We will use the same payment method you used, unless you expressly indicate otherwise.

Exceptions and Provision of Services

• If you requested to begin the service within the 14-day period, you must pay the proportional amount for the part of the service effectively provided up to the time you communicated your withdrawal.
• If the service has been fully executed with your prior express consent, you lose the right of withdrawal (art. 103 TRLGDCU).
