1. Object and Acceptance
These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the spaintaxexperts.com website (hereinafter, the "Website") and the contracting of services offered by Spain Tax Experts. The use of the Website and the contracting of any service implies full and unreserved acceptance of each and every point described herein. If you do not agree with these terms, you should not use this Website.
2. Service Description
Spain Tax Experts offers tax advisory and management services for non-residents in Spain, specializing in the preparation and filing of the Non-Resident Income Tax (NRIT) Form 210. The services include the calculation of the tax liability, the preparation of the form, and its electronic submission to the Spanish Tax Agency (AEAT), based on the information and documentation provided by the client.
3. User/Client Obligations
The client agrees to:
- Provide truthful, complete, and up-to-date information. The accuracy of the data (cadastral values, income, expenses, ownership, etc.) is the sole responsibility of the client.
- Provide the requested documentation within the indicated deadlines to ensure the proper provision of the service and filing within legal deadlines.
- Make the payment for our fees and the corresponding taxes according to the agreed conditions.
- Use the Website lawfully and in good faith, not performing any action that could damage, overload, or harm the Website.
4. Prices and Payment Method
The prices of the services are those indicated in the "Prices" section of the Website and are expressed in euros (€), with applicable taxes itemized. Spain Tax Experts reserves the right to modify the rates at any time. Payment will be made in advance through the offered payment methods. The service will not be initiated until confirmation of payment receipt.
5. Limitation of Liability
Spain Tax Experts acts as a management intermediary based on the information provided by the client. Our liability is limited to the correct preparation and filing of Form 210 according to said data. We will not be responsible for:
- Penalties, surcharges, or late payment interest arising from incorrect, incomplete, or untrue information provided by the client.
- The consequences of filing declarations after the deadline for reasons attributable to the client (delay in sending documentation or payment).
- The outcome of inspections or verifications by the AEAT that are not due to an error in our preparation of the form. The "Defense" or "Support for inquiries" service is limited to what is specified in each price plan.
- The NRIT calculator offered on the Website is a purely indicative tool, and its results are not binding.
6. Intellectual Property
All contents of the Website, including texts, graphic design, logos, source code, and software, are protected by intellectual and industrial property regulations and are the exclusive property of Spain Tax Experts. Their reproduction, distribution, or modification without express authorization is prohibited.
7. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with Spanish law. For the resolution of any dispute that may arise, both parties submit, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction, to the Courts and Tribunals of the city of Madrid, Spain.
